Thank you most kindly for all of this wonderful information. My history classes will benefit from your store of knowledge. I now know whom to contact when I need information about the Civil War. I also want to thank you for the information about my great-grandfather and his brothers. Maybe this will encourage my students to shake their own family trees and become more interested in the history of their country and in preserving that history. I'm thankful that there are many out there who do care.
So, Mr. Harris, Mr. Pitts and Johnny Reb thank you for your invaluable contribution to my U.S. history class and possibly the Civil War class I am trying to put together for next year.
