George, The man in the 39th TN is Thomas Luster, Co G and H 39th TN, b. 12/12/1840 and d. 10/31/1903. He is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, on the north side of Crawfordsville, IN in Montgomery County. I have a picture of his civilian stone if you want to send it to you. We also have a military stone that we are going to erect soon.
