Battle of Glenburnie???

I have been studying my great great granduncle Alexander M Tomlinson, Jr. for some time. He was a well-known police officer and detective in Richmond from about 1870 through 1907. He was born in 1848 and died in 1912.

In his obituary it states:

"Though too young to enter the army in the early part of the war, he enlisted with the Richmond forces when but a boy and took part in the battle of Glenburnie."

I was curious if anyone could tell me which battle this could be. I've looked it up and there doesn't seem to be a clear source on where this may be.

My great great grandfather (Alex's brother) was even younger, born in 1852. A story survives in the family to this day of his experience collecting blankets from the battlefield at Seven Pines. Their father, Alex M. Sr., was a pump maker in Richmond. I have copies of disbursement receipts from the CSA for making and installing water pumps at various points in an around Richmond (e.g. the "nitre beds" and Battery #4). That leads to another question, by the way. Was Battery No. 4 on the south eastern end of town at the end of O St? I've seen this map http://www.mdgorman.com/Maps/1867_engineers_map_of_richmond.htm and it is clearly labeled (botton, far right pane). But I have a fuzzy memory that I've seen a couple maps of Richmond defensive batteries that seem to disagree--can't put my hands on them at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Tim
