We have just heard, with regret, that this eminent physician and true-hearted gentleman died at Glenburnie, (his residence,) in Louise county, on the morning of the 6th instant

the Farm known as "Glenburnie," on the plankroad, about four miles from the city, adjoining the lands of a L Ellett, Esq, and others, containing 180 acres, with an excellent dwelling and out-houses fine orchard, &c. This Farm will be divided into three tracts, which, being near the city and accessible by good roads, should attract persons wishing pretty country seats.
