Well, I thought we had whupped this horse to death;
having served in WW II, Korea and Viet Nam, and
having been shot at and missed and shot at and
hit, having shot at and missed and shot at and
hit, I feel it is what is happening at the
particular time that governs what action is to
be taken; once the adrenalin starts to flow, its
often difficult later, to figure who did what to
who; believe me, if you ain't been there please
don't attempt to rationalize what happened; After
Action Reports are only pieces of paper, what
really happened remains indelibly etched in the
minds of the participants and even then the sub-
consious attempts to warp or blot it out.

Bottom line, please let the so called atrocities
rest and lets get on with the business at hand.
