Thanks for that information. Would that be information from roll cards or a book. Just curious, because my ancestor Randolph Thomson of Tuscaloosa, AL was also in the unit as was his brother-in-law Capt. Abner Newton Steele. There is a very nice portrait of Capt. Steele on George Wright's website of confederate units. Would like to hear from anyone that has a specific interest in Co. G. 11th AL. Inf.
