I assume you have read Noah Andre Trudeau's recent article on Blackford in America's Civil War.

I am working on an article for ACW on the formation and employment of the sharpshooters in the ANV, and would love to get copies of those orders you've referenced. A number of people refer to them, but I've looked through the ANV general orders file with no luck. I do have Blackford's diary/memoir in which he describes the process in some detail, but I'd like to read the orders as well.
