I've not seen the marker, but I hope to soon or at least see a picture of it. So, I presently don't know for sure that it is a government-issued marker. Think I assumed so because it had the CSA information on it.

Hope if VA can't tell me who specifically ordered it, they can at least say when it was ordered. I want to give credit to the party who did order it.

Will be posting later a little data about this marker and the man.
