Looking for information on a Capt. Durrettee of Randolph County, who was killed in the Battle of Atlanta. His name may not be spelled correctly. His death is mentioned in a letter written home by Capt. Samuel E. Kelly, Co. E. 30th Alabama Infantry. I've checked all three data bases and do not find a Durrettee from Alabama listed in any of them. This is why I think the spelling is incorrect.
