Indian regiments involved in this battle were recruited and organized within the Indian Territory. Since soldiers normally joined companies raised near their homes, men having some Indian ancestry could be found in almost any Confederate command.

On March 9th General Van Dorn sent a burial party under a flag of truce to dig graves for Confederates left on the field. General Curtis allowed the burial party to enter his lines and carry out their work, but Federal soldiers had already buried many of the dead.

It would be difficult if not impossible to identify the dead, and very little motivation by soldiers -- especially those in Federal uniform -- to attempt this. Customarily post-battle procedures called for burial details to dig trenches and place as many bodies in the them as possible.

You should ask National Park Service employees at the Pea Ridge Battlefield to identify any presumed burial sites for Confederate dead in the area. After the war many of them were taken to Fayetteville and buried with Confederates found on other battlefields:
