That is an excellent point, and one I should have thought of years ago. One of our faculty members here has a connection with the LDS genealology project and I will see whether he can put me in touch with the proper people.

I will also contact the folks at the Butler Center in Little Rock to see if they are interested in attempting to obtain a microfilm copy for our fair state. Maybe they will agree to send me back to lovely downtown Washington to locate the records. It is a complicated process and I expect I would need at least a week :-)
