Pretty much someone who lived here. I do this because I havve so much research and experience with Saline Co that I can assist them and point them in the right direction when they hit walls. Otherwise we would be beating our heads against the wall. Some learn to love it and others hate it from the start but...thats life in school! I think they need the skills.
