Unfortunately, I do not personally know the location of the Confederate burials from the two major battles at Corinth, but I was able to locate a couple of sources that may be of assistance:

Confederate Cemeteries in Mississippi has a number of locations (listed by county) that state they contain Confederate burials related to Corinth (whether these are "first" or "second" battle of Corinth casualties is not indicated): <http://www.natchezbelle.org/ahgp-ms/conf-cem/lauderdale.htm>

Also, the Corinth National Cemetery states that it actually contains three Confederate burials, one unknown and two known (although it did not list the "known" names): <http://www.cem.va.gov/cems/nchp/corinth.asp>

Of course, the National Parks Service's Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center is located on the site of the famous Battery Robinett and Col. William P Rogers of the 2nd Texas Infantry CSA is buried there. There is an interesting article regarding the re-interment of remains found at that site located at <http://www.nps.gov/shil/parknews/re-intermentofcivilwarsoldiers.htm>

Hope this helps.
