McRea's Old Company

Arkansas Military Department Records, List of Commissioned Officers in State Militia 1827–1862, Microfilm Roll 00000038-8, Page 349, List a Volunteer Company of Light Infantry formed on 12 September 1860.
Dandridge McRae, Captian
John C. McCauley 1st LT
William Clayton 2nd LT
Wiliam Hicks??? 3rd LT

The names below McRae are very hard to read, so I may not have them right

Then on March 15, 1861 it lists

CPT John C. McCauley, Capt Vol Company Infantry, "Ark Guards", Vice D. McRae, Promoted
W. E. Clatyon, 1st LT
Will Hicks 2rd LT
Virgil H. Petty, 3rd LT

We discussed this once before while discussing McRea's time as the Inspector General of State Troops. I found this company and we identified some of the officers, but I never figured out exactly what became of it. I also found an article that discussed McCauley rasing Company K of the 1st Regiment, Arkansas State Troops (Cleburne's Regiment), but Bryan indicated that Company K was the "Monroe Blues" Commanded by Gaston Baldwin. This unit also does not appear to match either of the companies that failed to enter in to Confederate Service, the "Hindman Guards" (Capt. Henry B. Blakemore) and "Yell Guards" (Capt. Francis M. McNally):

Any help identifying this Volunteer Company from White County origionally commanded by Dandrige Mcrea?
