Gateway cardholders have reciprocal borrowing privileges with CALS. The service areas are Arkansas, Cleveland, Conway, Dallas, Faulkner, Garland, Grant, Hot Springs, Jackson, Jefferson, Lonoke, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Polk, Pope, Prairie, Pulaski, Saline, Van Buren, and White counties. It's a pretty good program.
