Thanks again. I think with a little arm twisting here and there, we just might come up with something by 2014. I am of mixed feelings about digging up the wreck, I think a marker would be more suitable, recognizing it as a Military Grave for which I am sure the Navy would be willing to contribute. Another point is that there were black sailors on board when she went down. In my Shelby Order book with annotations, I will include this information. In addition I have the 'Queen City' Court of Inquiry which describes the events from the Union Sailors present.
