Theere does appear to be some major visual differences. The comb and butt of the stock appear to be shaped differently, the front barrel band is close but not close enough. Also notice the second barrel band is different. The shape of the tulip on the ramrod is a different shape. The front sight is bigger. The hammer appears to over hang the bottom of the lock plate as the original does not. The lock plate has an extra hole in it probably for the main spring.
