I'm sorry to inform you but the notice of a Sibley tent in a period photographic image cannot always be used in establishing a timeframe. As signal corps, telegraph and rail-road images are a part of my research efforts, I can say that Archives II in College, Park, Maryland is full of Sibley images up to and beyond the 1865 capture of Fort McAllister near Savannah, Georgia.
Now as to picking out a Studebaker contract waggon (as opposed to one constructed by Fisher or some other firm), well, I'm not much help on this account.
