What!?! Are we talking about the same flag? The 2nd Nat.? I know the folks there at US Flag & Signal. They have moved to Portsmouth near the shipyard where the first US naval flags were made. In any case they are a family business since the the early 20th century so I doubt anyone would remember this flag.
