Dont forget that one Union soldier, George Plowman, of the 3rd Maryland (US) recaptured the colors of the Second Pennsylvania (Provisional) Heavy Artillery. If you read the information provided on the link the flag(s) were captured the day before and that could only mean Jerusalem Plank Road battle. Another man, Bernard A. Strausbaugh, also of the 3rd Maryland, was awarded the Medal Of Honor for the recapture.

Also, Patrick Monaghan of the 48th Pennsylvania, of 9th Corps, recaptured the colors, I am guessing the yellow regimental, of the 7th New York Heavy Artillery that was attached to the 4th Brigade of II Corps.
