The flag that Moore took is WD 165 and it is of the Charleston Depot pattern. That means it was from one of the regiments in the battle that had initially been deployed in the Dept. of South Carolina, Georgia and Florida before being transferred to Lee's ANV and then sent to the valley.

The flag is held by the Museum of the Confederacy.
