Flag at the MOC is a second wool issue. Bottom quadrant has a tape that reads "FREDERICK", more than likely meaning Frederick, MD, as the size doesn't allow for the suffix "sberg" to fit. You'll have to catch up on the unit history to be sure. There are, apparently 3 more battle honor tapes on the back and it is supposed the flag was captured during the Appomattox campaign.
