Alan, thank you for your concern, and yes, it sure does touch a nerve in the heart.
Even his pension record says that it is from the Union side. I told my son about
this, and he said "you don't mean to tell me that my great great grandpa fought
against the South??" I told him that I didn't know if he fought, was a spy, or what, ha
Oh well, I guess I can't change History, so will just have to live with it.
