You are more than welcome for that little bit of info. The next time you are at Chickamauga, tell the Rangers at the Park Headquarters that you had relatives fight there, tell them the 65th, they will print you out a summary of what they have concerning them there and show you where they fought at.. The last time I was up there, they gave me a lot on my relatives that fought with the lst FL Cav and Scoggins Batter, GA Light Artillery...

I will check down at the Musuem next week and see if we have any information on the 65th. We do have some GA regimental histories but I can't remember if we have the 65th or not.. I will check.. If you live near Macon, I suggest a trip over to the Washington Library for your records.. They have all the GA Records to include pension files and are a lot cheaper than the Archives and their film is fresh and you get great copies!!!!!!!
