Terri: If you post your request on the Virginia board, you might get lucky, as I did. My Great Grandfather, Lemuel Boring, died near Seven Pines about the same time. He was in Company A of the 18th Ga. I found he was butied in Oakwood Cemetery on May 1, 1862. His service record was very sparce with information. Alan was very helpful.
