Dear Alan, Thanks for responding to my post. I'm not very good at researching and you have provided me with some valuable leads. Also, John Hood was another of my Civil War kin, but not directly as were Alexander and H.E. Bacon. I do hope to find out more about what happened to them. Thanks again, Alan.
