My husband's great great grandfather was Michael Jackson "Jack" Ragsdale. We have a picture of him and have just started looking at his history. He also was in the GA 43rd, Company D. I believe he went in as a Lt and came out a Capt. Does anyone have any information on him? He survived the war, moved to Texas and is buried in Ore City, Texas.
