It appears to be transcribed from Roster of the Confederate Soldiers of Georgia compiled by Lillian Henderson.
No Bices there, but you may want to also look at the roster for Co. F:

There are listings for James W. Buice and William C. Buice who were brothers from Carroll County.
Their name is spelled Bice in other references. Relatives, maybe?
