This is a common question. There are different answers depending on whether the question is about images made of Federal or Confederate companies.

With few exceptions wartime images of Confederate companies simply do not exist. Several were taken at Pensacola and elsewhere in the early months of 1861, such as one made of a group of men from the "Clinch Rifles". Shown below is an image of the "Sumter Light Guard" made at Augusta GA in April 1861. After this early period such images are virtually non-existant.

This book contains many images of Georgia Confederate soldiers and should be easy to locate --
