The proclamation was made February 11 1862, at Milledgeville, Georgia.

I believe the 9th Battalion Georgia Artillery might be part of this group. The Proclamation listed for service for 3 years or the war and most of Company A mustered in Feb 1862 as Leyden's Artillery. There add was on this page.

First Camp McDonald in Marietta
Camp Stephens near Griffin
Camp Davis near the Central railroad about 30 miles form Savannah

Did you every think it might not be wise to tell everyone where your training camps are?
