The Regiments must be set up in camps of instruction by the 15th of March and orders the entire militia of the State be at theyir Regimental of Battalion parade grounds by the 4th of March.

This explains a lot about Company D of the 9th Battalion Ga Artillery from Gwinnett because they were mustered from Company F 6th Georgia State troops Oct 21st 1861.

The article goes on to say that those who volunteer will still be offered the $50 dollar bounty.
