I did a quick scan of Greg Coco's booklet, Gettysburg's Confederate Dead, and Wiley is the only Confederate listed at York. Coco considered that he might have been buried in York's Prospect Hill Cemetery, but your post indicates he was later sent to Hollywood. However, the vast majority of Confederates who died in hospitals outside of Gettysburg remain in cemeteries that are local to the hospital. This includes the hospitals at Harrisburg, Frederick, Winchester, Baltimore, New York (David's Island and Bedloe Island) and Hagerstown. The dead at Chester went to Philadelphia National Cemetery - the sole exception at Chester are soldiers from South Carolina, who were afterwards sent south to Magnolia Cemetery in Charleston. The other precious few exceptions are families who could afford to transport the bodies of their loved ones home after the war.
