Wounded Georgians at Gettysburg

The Library of Virginia in Richmond has a reference which lists Confederate wounded (and captured) at Gettysburg, 1863. Note that the names/lettering can be difficult to discern and misspellings are common. My notes are in brackets [ ]. The following are Georgians listed on a document signed by J. F. Piersons, Surgeon in Charge:
-- R. M. Boring, Private (Pvt), Doles' Brigade, 4th Georgia, R leg ampt [right leg amputated], Sup. [?] third, died July 23 of exhaustion.
-- Geo. McCullough, Pvt, 4th Georgia, Company G, w. [wounded] in both thighs.
-- Jno. Brown, Pvt, Doles', 12th Georgia, Co. A, skull fracture, died July 10.
-- Frances Peuny, Pvt, 12th Georgia, Co. F, R. A. [right arm] amputated, Sup. third and in lung, died July 23 hem [hemorrage] from lung.
-- Smith Cotter, Pvt, 12th Georgia, Co. E, w. in left lung, died July 7.
-- Jno. Wright, Pvt, 44th Georgia, Co. K, R [right] thigh fractured, died July 8.

The next list is titled, "Names of Confederate Prisoners at Seminary Hospital Gettysburg 11 August 1863"
-- W. H. H. Norman, Pvt, Semmes' brigade, 50th Georgia, Co. H, wounded in right hip L leg amp [left leg amputated], doing well.
-- R. C. Conust, Pvt, 50th Georgia, Co. G, wounded L hip July 2, doing well.
-- J. J. Griffin, Pvt, 50th Georgia, Co. G, R side L leg amp [wounded in right side and also left leg amputated], not doing [well], hemor--.
-- J. Mincher, Pvt, 50th Georgia, Co. G, [wounded] July 3, doing well.
-- J. P. Neely, Pvt, 53rd [Georgia?], Co. D, [wounded] July 2, right foot and L arm ampd, doing well.
-- S. -. Walker, 53rd [Georgia?], Co. K, [wounded in] back, doing well.
-- J. -, Falvey, Pvt, Georgia Legion, Co. A, L arm ampt at shoulder, doing well.
-- -. T. Scott, Sergeant, Phillips Georgia Legion, [wounded] right leg below knee, doing well.
-- R. T. Gilbert, Pvt, Wofford's brigade, 18th Georgia, Co. D, R leg ampt below knee, doing well.
-- S. B. Lenerey, Pvt, 20th Georgia Batt [?], Co. E, [wounded] below knee.
-- Gideon Pomli-ge, Pvt, Cobb's Legion, Co. B, L foot, doing well.
-- M. T. Ellison, Pvt, 16th Georgia, Co. B, R leg ampt below knee struck in R leg with shell.
