Im not up on the subject of Civil War burials. However...there may be a cemetary near that battleground of Confederate dead. It also may be worth goggling the county in Va. that the battle happened in. If you find the county, you may be able to find locations of churches nearby. Those that have had active congregations since before the war may be a good place to inquire. I have been in and around Virginia a lot and have seen many graves of our Confederate dead , that fell in battle, resting in the graveyards of regular churches. (Usually individual graves). I do not know if there was an effort from organizations after the war to find, exume, and rebury CS dead,of Southern battlefields. But judging by what little I have seen, some sort of effort was made. It would take a lot of detective work,no doubt.
