Re: Relative in 1st Choctaw and Chickasaw Mtd Rifl

Patrick,

I am learning this genealogy stuff as I go. I retired as a trooper with the OHP four years ago and now have a lot more time to do things. All I have to do is connect Isom Beams with George Washington Beams and I'll be good to go. Found a bunch of old letters written by my great grandma that I'll pass along to the person helping me with these searches. I am 1/4 Creek and 1/32 Choctaw. My mothers maiden name was Lewis, her father was Mosey Lewis (NB568), full-blood Creek. If we fail on the Beams side then I may pursue the Lewis side. Really this is kind of fun gathering all this old info.
