I found a May 31st issue but no mention of the Colorado units in it. I searched with the search box blank and then just the Colorado Transcript for a date range, sorted ascending by date.

You can view the entire paper -- four pages -- in a pdf file. I wonder if there are pages missing? There's a forum on the website where you can pose questions. I recall one question was about a missing paper or pages and the staff person replied they accidently skipped it when digitizing them.... so they might have more and just didn't get it digitized.
