Great find, some what differant than O.H.S. but added to it--so I'll just add some mills
found in the Cherokee Nation from O.H.S:

Owner's cannot grind his own grain to the exclusion of other instead,he had to grind in due time that grain that was brought to the mill in order it was brought- must be clearly marked-

-Spilman moved to complete his secondary objective, that of reinforcing Major Foreman operating the (Old-Dutch)Rhea's mill {Ark}Captain Spilman moved his column directly east
to make contact with command of Major Foreman. This action at Barren Fork,Cherokee Nation ,was a success for the union forces, helped halt the Confederate activity north of the
Arkansas for the winter of 1863-64.Col Stand Watie moved into winter camp near Spavinaw
creek in the Cherokee Nation. Shortly afterward ,he gathered several southern Cherokee families and moved into the Choctaw Nation ,south of the Arkansas river for remainer of the winter.O.H.S.17 PG 456

Old Dutch Rhea's mill--southeast of Prairie Grove,Arkansas
It looks likely that a man named Towers built-In 1845 and sold to Hiderbrand that mill with aid of skills millwrights & mechanic's from the Dutch mills/Ark.
Major Foreman of the third Indian Home Guard Regiment, who had one battalion there operating the[Rhea's mill}Dec 1863 --Vol.48 pg.76 no. 1, 1970
