Col. Charles Wickliffe, 7 KY Inf., CSA/Bardstown,

Does anybody in the Bardstown, Kentucky, area know why the grave site of Colonel Charles Wickliffe of the Seventh Kentucky Infantry, CSA, in the family plot in Bardstown, Kentucky, is not marked? Wickliffe died at Jackson, Tennessee, from wounds received at the battle of Shiloh, Tennessee, and his body was brought back to the family burial plot in Bardstown by his brother-in-law.
Thanks
Greg
