Gentlemen - Thank you very much for the leads. I only have the description in a letter from Capt. John T. Stark, Co H, 13th Texas Cavalry, who described a "section" of artillery, consisting of a 6 pounder cannon. In the action on the Tensas River, the section suffered two wounded, one of whom died of his wounds. I appreciate your help and will follow up on the units noted.
