North & South article on Price's Raid

I'm curious if anyone on this message board has read the article on Price's Raid that appears in the most recent issue of North & South magazine. As a long-time student, researcher, and author on the TMD, I found it tendentious, poorly researched, and not especially well-written. It devotes more ink to a long-winded discussion of New York abolitionists transplanted to Kansas than it does on Price's Raid. In fact, only the fighting around Kansas City is touched upon to any great extent and that, in my opinion, is not well done. North & South is one of the few CW magazines that gives any attention to the TMD and some excellent articles on the battles at Lexington, Lone Jack, Cane Hill, Prairie Grove, Helena, Pleasant Hill, and several others have appeared within its pages. This article, however, did not live up to this reader's expectations, a trend that, to me, has become common place in North & South of late. Perhaps its just me, but I'd be curious to hear what others have to say about this article.
