Very nice point-by-point critique of that most disappointing article. I thought the editor's response was a little lacking. He seriously dropped the ball.

I purchased a copy of your edited version of Reynold's article regarding Price. Great job!! I had a copy of the original from MHS, but your annotated version is an excellent addition to the literature on the TMD.
