I have recently communicated with Mr. Nichols see the thread "Bruce I bought your book" It might be a year or so but maybe he could give you an advanced copy. Does the army use the classic 1940 USMC Manual on small wars"? A US Army Major Robert R Mackey also wrote a good book "The Uncivil War Irregualar war in the upper South 1861-1865". I am sure that your trainies have seen the classic 1965 "Battle of Algeirs" the best movie on irregular war ever made. A good movie on the CW in Mo is the 1991 "ride with the devil'. It sounds like a fun course.
