Leonard, if you know about COIN (Counter-insurgency to the rest of us), I would suppose you performed service in Iraq or Afghanistan or at Forts Bragg or Benning or the Marine equivalent. My compliments.

Dave, there are no other places I have revealed my 1864 studies except in this forum, because I am putting my full effort into finishing the 1864-1865 volume. I am on Chapter 24 now with about nine more to go before I can release the manuscript to the publisher. I've been working on it for three years. I wish I could do more, because I have a soft spot for old Range 10 at FLW from back in the 1970s.
