I had no idea White CSA soldiers were under Indian command. I dont think that fact is widely known. The CW is complex thats for sure. A little off topic do Indian children had least in OK, MO and Ark know about Indian history in the CW? My childrens history text books for LAUSD mention the USCT but the Indians soldiers arent mentioned.
