Sorry your not feeling well. My bad it was James R Baker who on July 18th sent me a link to an original report filed if I am not mistaken by civilians against some troopers of the 3rd Wis. I tried to look him up via the search engine and couldn't do so . The report was in cursive and it was hard to read none the less it was an intersting case. I dont know the outcome of that case. It would be interesting if the report was printed.
