Absolutly amasing.........WOW......I'm going out on a limb, but do believe it is possible that bodies were buried in the Roanoke Cemetery at several different times over the course of the war and from the info available now, 150 years later, it is impossible to say for sure who they might be or at what point in time they might have been buried there. I'll try and come up with the words to convey that message........As always you have been such a great help and your knowledge of these men and the struggle between the two contending forces is "SECOND TO NONE".........thanks again..........never heard of a black body guard for Bill, might be some "free soil" proaganda.
