In the LR National Cemetery:
Briggs, H L, d. 11/02/1863, CO H 8 MO CAV, Orig Bur Duvalls Bluff Ark, Plot: 5589, *

They had his name listed as BRIGGS, not Biggs. I was just out their today for a ceremony at the Minnesota Monument. There are quite a few rows of Unknown US Soldiers. When they moved the bodies their in 1867-68 many of the names of the dead had been lost.
