Ok that may help some. Jesse the elder (54 y/o) had son's William, Jesse, and John. I'll see if I can make this tree expand to catch the others and see if I can get a better fit. William was born 1838 so his age would fit. Jesse Jr just strikes me as being too young to have been in the 10th Inf. Both the Jesse and John Story of the 10th Inf enrolled in Oregon County so I guess I'm not totally convinced the Story's of the 10th are the Story's killed by Blair.
