Re: Threlkeld/Thrailkell/Thrailkill

He has a bunch, but I think so. 1840 has him listed in Fulton with 4 slaves, 1830 he is still in Scott Co KY. 1850 census says 12th District, Callaway. 1860 has them in District 18, Fulton.

Marcellus N d 1865 (older brother to William F) is married living in Audrain County, Hiram C Threlkeld d 1949 of Centralia grocer fame is his son.
John Leland d 1907 (older brother) is married and living near Millersburg, Bourbon Twsp, Callaway Co in 1860. That qualifies as a neighbor of Givens.
Sisera d 1928 (youngest brother) is married living in Fulton with mother Nancy still in household in 1870.

I will work on plotting BLM land grants against Google earth and 1876 atlas this evening. I suspect John Leland is living on one of the grants.

As a warning there is a Hiram and Nancy Thrailkel/Threlkeld in Monroe County Missouri during this time frame. They are often confused with Hiram Marcellus/Nancy Craig of Callaway county particularly on internet family trees.
