Sir I do not see your email address posted. You can left click and hold while highlighting the entire box I posted. Right click on your mouse and hit "copy" -- go to any word format you have and then right click and paste. You can then print up the info.

I did not check the census records, I just simply searched for CSA soldiers and the person I sent seemed to be the James Kirk in the 29th Miss. seeed to be the most logical person to be your ancestor according to the info you posted. Granted I could be confused about the location. It should be noted I do not have the 1860 census records for all counties of Mississippi, Lafayette county being one of those I do not have.
